Recently, an email newsletter subscriber asked me how to destress, relax, and cope with anxiety. Rather than give a quick answer, I took my time to make an entire podcast episode on the most effective techniques for relaxing. This topic’s relevant for almost anyone trying to succeed since everyone deals with nervousness and stress at some point in their life while pursuing a goal. And he’s not the only person who wrote in; another subscriber needs help dealing with the anxiety that the COVID-19 pandemic causes when his teachers or people he knows gets the disease.
