The Ultimate List of Science-Backed Thought Leaders in Personal Development

This article is probably the best yet shortest one I’ve ever wrote. That’s because this article is a goldmine for anyone who wants to improve their lives.

The truth is that every major topic you want to improve in, there’s some expert or scientist who has spent decades researching and discovering principles in that field as a career. The best part is that they’ve released content: books, podcasts, interviews, articles, and so forth on these topics. Most of these people listed are the top respected people in their fields and have books that turn their decades of experience into something you can learn in days. They aren’t as well known as they should be and I want to fix that. Find the topic you want to improve at, search up their names online, get their books, and consume their content.
